This comprehensive course blends online theory with one day of in-person, hands-on training. You’ll cover a wide range of first aid topics—everything from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies—at your own pace online, then come to class to practice and demonstrate your skills, including CPR and AED use. It’s the same certification, just with more flexibility.

Marine Basic First Aid
This Transport Canada-approved course is offered in a blended format—complete the theory online at your own pace, then attend one day of in-person training to practice essential hands-on skills. Designed for those working or planning to work at sea, this course covers marine-specific first aid scenarios, CPR, AED use, and emergency response procedures aboard vessels. Upon completion, participants receive certification from both Transport Canada and the Canadian Red Cross.

"Blended" Emergency First Aid
This Canadian Red Cross course combines convenient online learning with a single day of in-person, hands-on training. It covers essential life-saving skills like CPR, choking, bleeding, and shock management—ideal for workplaces or anyone wanting to be prepared for real emergencies. Participants complete the online portion at their own pace before attending the classroom session. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a nationally recognized Red Cross Emergency First Aid certificate valid for 3 years.
