BLS - Basic LIfe Support
Designed for healthcare professionals and first responders, this fast-paced course focuses on high-performance CPR skills for adult, child, and infant patients. You’ll practice working solo and in teams, using AEDs, airway management techniques, and responding to choking and cardiac arrest scenarios. This certification is required by many healthcare employers and must be renewed annually.

First Responder
This in-depth course is designed for those who are first on the scene in emergency situations—firefighters, police, lifeguards, security personnel, and others in emergency response roles. Over several days, you'll learn advanced first aid skills including patient assessment, oxygen therapy, airway management, and trauma care. With plenty of hands-on practice, this course prepares you to take control in critical moments. Certification is provided by the Canadian Red Cross.
